Dans un contexte organisationnel marqu\u00e9 par la mondialisation, la concurrence accrue et les transformations technologiques, la performance des organisations ne repose plus uniquement sur les comp\u00e9tences techniques, mais \u00e9galement sur l\u2019intelligence \u00e9motionnelle, la qualit\u00e9 des interactions et le bien-\u00eatre psychologique des collaborateurs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c0 travers une analyse qualitative et documentaire, l\u2019\u00e9tude explore les fondements th\u00e9oriques de l\u2019intelligence \u00e9motionnelle, les m\u00e9canismes d\u2019expression et de r\u00e9gulation des \u00e9motions, ainsi que le concept du langage du c\u0153ur, centr\u00e9 sur l\u2019empathie, l\u2019\u00e9coute active et la bienveillance. Les r\u00e9sultats montrent que l\u2019int\u00e9gration de ces dimensions dans les pratiques RH am\u00e9liore la motivation, la satisfaction, la coh\u00e9sion des \u00e9quipes et la performance globale, tout en r\u00e9duisant les conflits et le stress organisationnel.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019article propose \u00e9galement des recommandations pratiques pour les organisations, notamment l\u2019int\u00e9gration de programmes de formation en intelligence \u00e9motionnelle, le d\u00e9veloppement du leadership transformationnel, le feedback constructif, le mentorat \u00e9motionnel et l\u2019usage de technologies de soutien pour une GRH plus humaine et inclusive. In an organizational context marked by globalization, increased competition, and technological transformations, organizational performance no longer relies solely on technical skills but also on emotional intelligence, quality of interactions, and employees\u2019 psychological well-being.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Through a qualitative and documentary analysis, the study explores the theoretical foundations of emotional intelligence, the mechanisms of emotional expression and regulation, and the concept of the language of the heart, focused on empathy, active listening, and benevolence. The results indicate that integrating these dimensions into HR practices enhances motivation, satisfaction, team cohesion, and overall performance while reducing conflicts and organizational stress.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The article also provides practical recommendations for organizations, including the implementation of emotional intelligence training programs, the development of transformational leadership, constructive feedback, emotional mentoring, and the use of supportive technologies to foster a more humane and inclusive HRM.
