La capacit\u00e9 des managers \u00e0 naviguer dans des environnements \u00e9conomiques complexes est cruciale pour le d\u00e9veloppement durable du continent.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;enseignement traditionnel en Afrique met g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement l&#8217;accent sur les connaissances th\u00e9oriques plut\u00f4t que sur les comp\u00e9tences pratiques et manag\u00e9riales. En revanche, les \u00e9coles de commerce sont con\u00e7ues pour offrir une formation plus pratique et orient\u00e9e vers le march\u00e9, incluant des \u00e9tudes de cas, des stages en entreprise et des interactions avec des professionnels du secteur. Cette approche pratique est essentielle pour pr\u00e9parer les futurs managers \u00e0 relever les d\u00e9fis complexes auxquels ils seront confront\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019objectif g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de cette \u00e9tude est d\u2019analyser comment les programmes de management en Afrique int\u00e8grent les r\u00e9alit\u00e9s locales \u00e9conomiques et culturelles tout en formulant quelques recommandations pour aider les \u00e9coles de commerce africaines \u00e0 int\u00e9grer les r\u00e9alit\u00e9s locales et culturelles.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le cadre de la pr\u00e9sente recherche, nous avons adopt\u00e9 une approche qualitative. Nous nous sommes servis des donn\u00e9es secondaires tir\u00e9es dans la litt\u00e9rature ayant trait avec la th\u00e9matique pour comprendre l\u2019ossature de notre th\u00e9matique en Afrique.<\/p>\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats soutiennent l&#8217;hypoth\u00e8se selon laquelle les programmes de management des \u00e9coles de commerce en Afrique qui int\u00e8grent les r\u00e9alit\u00e9s \u00e9conomiques et culturelles locales sont plus efficaces pour pr\u00e9parer les \u00e9tudiants aux d\u00e9fis sp\u00e9cifiques du march\u00e9 du travail africain. L&#8217;adaptation locale permet non seulement de r\u00e9pondre aux besoins sp\u00e9cifiques du continent mais aussi de renforcer la pertinence et l&#8217;efficacit\u00e9 des comp\u00e9tences manag\u00e9riales d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es, contribuant ainsi au d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique et social durable de la r\u00e9gion.<\/p>\n<p>Comme conclusion, l&#8217;adaptation locale des programmes de management est cruciale pour que les \u00e9coles de commerce africaines forment des managers capables de r\u00e9pondre aux r\u00e9alit\u00e9s \u00e9conomiques et culturelles sp\u00e9cifiques du continent. The ability of managers to navigate complex economic environments is crucial to the continent&#8217;s sustainable development.<\/p>\n<p>Traditional education in Africa generally emphasizes theoretical knowledge rather than practical and managerial skills. Business schools, on the other hand, are designed to offer more practical, market-oriented training, including case studies, internships and interaction with industry professionals. This practical approach is essential to prepare future managers for the complex challenges they will face.<\/p>\n<p>The overall aim of this study is to analyze how management programs in Africa integrate local economic and cultural realities, while formulating some recommendations to help African business schools integrate local and cultural realities.<\/p>\n<p>In this research, we adopted a qualitative approach. We used secondary data drawn from the literature to understand the backbone of our theme in Africa.<\/p>\n<p>The results support the hypothesis that business school management programs in Africa that integrate local economic and cultural realities are more effective in preparing students for the specific challenges of the African job market. Local adaptation not only meets the specific needs of the continent, but also enhances the relevance and effectiveness of the managerial skills developed, thus contributing to the region&#8217;s sustainable economic and social development.<\/p>\n<p>In conclusion, local adaptation of management programs is crucial if African business schools are to train managers capable of responding to the continent&#8217;s specific economic and cultural realities.
