Si pour les pays en voie de d\u00e9veloppement le e-commerce est un r\u00eave, on se rend compte dans la pratique que l\u2019on y somme d\u00e9j\u00e0 depuis un bout de temps gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la pers\u00e9v\u00e9rance de certains Burkinab\u00e8 qui l\u2019ont adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 leur r\u00e9alit\u00e9. Le e-commerce est vu comme le principe qui permet d\u2019\u00e9changer des biens, des services ou de l\u2019information \u00e0 travers une plateforme \u00e9lectronique, en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral l\u2019Internet. Le paiement se faisant par voie \u00e9lectronique par virement ou par envoie classique, apr\u00e8s v\u00e9rification de la proc\u00e9dure concernant la conformit\u00e9 du produit ou du service propos\u00e9. Il peut se faire \u00e9galement par la t\u00e9l\u00e9phonie mobile et on a qualifi\u00e9 souvent de m-commerce. Avec les smarphones ou t\u00e9l\u00e9phones intelligents, la tendance de l\u2019appellation e-commerce tend \u00e0 se g\u00e9n\u00e9raliser m\u00eame avec l\u2019usage du mobile. A travers une plateforme de e-commerce, les \u00e9changes peuvent se faire entre entreprises, entre entreprises et particuliers ou encore de particuliers \u00e0 particuliers. Quelle que soit l\u2019option choisie, la confiance est de r\u00e8gle comme dans les \u00e9changes physiques. La m\u00e9thodologie a consist\u00e9 \u00e0 la recherche documentaire en faisant r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 la biblioth\u00e8que et \u00e0 la documentation en ligne. Il se composait de livres, d&#8217;articles de synth\u00e8se, de rapports et d&#8217;autres documents \u00e9crits dans la ligne de l&#8217;\u00e9tude. Le gouvernement Burkinab\u00e8 continue de mettre en place des infrastructures malgr\u00e9 le contexte difficile s\u00e9curitaire que connait le pays pour faciliter ainsi le commerce \u00e9lectronique. Le Burkina Faso poss\u00e8de des atouts sur lesquels il doit capitaliser : une administration publique engag\u00e9e dans un processus de digitalisation des services, un secteur des t\u00e9l\u00e9communications ouvert et concurrentiel, des chantiers importants pour le d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019une infrastructure Internet haut-d\u00e9bit, la mise en place d\u2019une technopole, une sc\u00e8ne de start-up dynamique. Les entreprises et particuliers profitent de ces opportunit\u00e9s offertes par l\u2019Etat et le secteur priv\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mots cl\u00e9s:<\/strong> E-Commerce, Internet, start-up<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h4><strong>Abstract [EN]<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>According to the French National Institute for Statistics and Economic Studies (INSEE), e-commerce refers to all commercial transactions using the Internet or other computer networks, such as the exchange of computerized data and involving a change of ownership of goods or services ordered. For developing countries, e-commerce may be a dream, but in practice we&#8217;ve been doing it for some time now, thanks to the perseverance of some Burkinab\u00e8 who have adapted it to their reality. E-commerce is the principle of exchanging goods, services or information via an electronic platform, usually the Internet. Payment is made electronically, by bank transfer or conventional mail, after verification of the conformity of the product or service offered. Payment can also be made by cell phone, often referred to as m-commerce. With the advent of smarphones or smartphones, the trend towards e-commerce is becoming more widespread, even with the use of cell phones. An e-commerce platform can be used for business-to-business, business-to-consumer or business-to-consumer exchanges. Whichever option is chosen, trust is the rule, as it is in physical exchanges. The methodology consisted of documentary research with reference to the library and online documentation. It consisted of books, review articles, reports and other documents written in line with the study. The Burkinabe government is continuing to set up infrastructures to facilitate e-commerce, despite the country&#8217;s difficult security situation. Burkina Faso has a number of assets on which to capitalize: a public administration committed to digitizing its services, an open and competitive telecommunications sector, major projects to develop a high-speed Internet infrastructure, the establishment of a technopole, and a dynamic start-up scene.
