Cette \u00e9tude est le fruit d\u2019une recherche empirique sur les approches PIPO, FFOM, MARP et SEPO utilis\u00e9es pour la planification des projets de d\u00e9veloppement. Il s\u2019est agi de v\u00e9rifier si ces approches permettent de r\u00e9ussir la planification et l\u2019ex\u00e9cution de tout type de projet de d\u00e9veloppement ou si au contraire, le choix de l\u2019approche est fonction du type de projet.<\/p>\n
La m\u00e9thode de recherche utilis\u00e9e est la recherche documentaire qui a consist\u00e9 \u00e0 collecter et \u00e0 analyser des donn\u00e9es secondaires collect\u00e9es par d\u2019autres chercheurs.<\/p>\n
Les travaux ont montr\u00e9 que chacune des approches PIPO, FFOM, MARP et SEPO ne permet pas de r\u00e9ussir la planification de tout type de projet de d\u00e9veloppement. Les m\u00e9thodes sont choisies en fonction du projet et de l\u2019approche qui convient le mieux.<\/p>\n
Le choix de l\u2019approche conditionne la r\u00e9ussite de la planification et l\u2019ex\u00e9cution du projet. Si le choix est mal fait, les objectifs du projet peuvent ne pas \u00eatre atteints.<\/p>\n
L\u2019approche FFOM (Forces, faiblesses, opportunit\u00e9s et menaces) est plus orient\u00e9e vers l\u2019entreprise coop\u00e9rative. Il en est de m\u00eame pour l\u2019approche MARP (M\u00e9thode Acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9e de Recherche Participative ou M\u00e9thode Active de Recherche et de Planification Participatives).<\/p>\n
Il est cependant possible de combiner l\u2019approche SEPO (succ\u00e8s-\u00e9checs-potentialit\u00e9s-obstacles) et l\u2019approche FFOM (Forces, faiblesses, opportunit\u00e9s et menaces) pour un meilleur succ\u00e8s de la planification des projets de d\u00e9veloppement.<\/p>\n

The objective was to determine whether these approaches enable successful planning and execution of any type of development project or if their choice depends on the type of project.<\/p>\n The research method used was documentary research, involving the collection and analysis of secondary data from other researchers. The results showed that each approach does not guarantee the success of planning for all types of development projects. The choice of approach is crucial and determines the success of project planning and execution. A poor selection of approach can compromise the project’s objectives.<\/p>\n The SWOT approach (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) is more suitable for cooperative enterprises, as is the MARP approach (Accelerated Method of Participatory Research or Active Method of Participatory Research and Planning).
