Les effets des doses croissantes de l\u2019inoculant mychorizien du type <em>Funeliformis<\/em> <em>mosseae<\/em> sur\u00a0les param\u00e8tres de croissance v\u00e9g\u00e9tative, reproduction, production, sanitaire du gombo et de l`aubergine en succession de cultures et \u00a0appr\u00e9cier le changement de fertilit\u00e9 du sol en analysant les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s chimiques, particuli\u00e8rement le phosphore apr\u00e8s l\u2019application de l\u2019inoculant mychorizien.<strong>M\u00e9thodologie<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>et r\u00e9sultats<\/strong> : L\u2019inoculation du gombo (<em>Abelmoscus<\/em> <em>esculentus<\/em>) et de l\u2019aubergine (<em>Solanum<\/em> <em>melongena<\/em>) en effet r\u00e9siduaire avec les quatre doses croissantes (0g\u00a0; 10g\u00a0; 12,5g et 15g) de la souche <em>Funneliformis<\/em> <em>mossaea<\/em> exp\u00e9riment\u00e9e au P\u00f4le Exp\u00e9rimental d\u2019Horticulture de la Facult\u00e9 des Sciences Agronomiques de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Kinshasa. \u00a0Le \u00a0dispositif utilis\u00e9 \u00e9tait celui de compl\u00e8tement randomis\u00e9 avec quatre r\u00e9p\u00e9titions montre que l\u2019inoculant mycorhizien induit une floraison pr\u00e9coce dans la production du gombo, l\u2019augmentation du poids moyen de fruit par plante chez la culture d\u2019aubergine et l`am\u00e9lioration de la teneur en phosphore assimilable dans sol.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conclusion et recommandations<\/strong>\u00a0: l\u2019inoculant mycorhizien entraine une pr\u00e9cocit\u00e9 dans la production et n\u2019a une influence consid\u00e9rable sur la croissance v\u00e9g\u00e9tative du gombo. En outre, il laisse des effets r\u00e9siduaires sur la culture subs\u00e9quente d\u2019aubergine en impactant le poids moyen de fruit par plante. Sur l\u2019analyses de sol, il am\u00e9liore et laisse des teneurs en phosphore assimilable plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e enregistr\u00e9e avec la dose la plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e d\u2019inoculant.<\/p>\n<p>Nous recommandons que les producteurs du gombo utilise la plus petite dose soit 10g d\u2019inoculant afin de rendre pr\u00e9coce leur culture\u00a0; et ^pour des effets r\u00e9siduaires plus grandes de recourir \u00e0 la plus grande dose 15g.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mots cl\u00e9s\u00a0: <\/strong>Inoculant mychorizien <em>Funeliformis mosseae<\/em>; Gombo ; Aubergine ; Effets r\u00e9siduels.<\/p>\n<\/header>\n<div class=\"entry-content single-content\">\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>English<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Abstracts<\/p>\n<p><strong>Objective: <\/strong>The main objective is to create conditions conducive to okra and eggplant production in Kinshasa by using innovative fertilization practices for sustainable exploitation that maximizes yields, and specifically to compare okra and eggplant crops during the two successive crops. The effects of increasing doses of the mychorizal inoculant of the type Funeliformis mosseae on the parameters of vegetative growth, reproduction, production, health of okra and eggplant in succession of crops and assess the change in soil fertility by analyzing the chemical properties, particularly phosphorus after application of the mychorizian inoculant.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Methodology and results: <\/strong>The inoculation of okra (Abelmoscus esculentus) and eggplant (Solanum melongena) in residual effect with the four increasing doses (0g; 10g; 12.5g and 15g) of the Funneliformis mossaea strain experimented at the Experimental Horticulture Pole of the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences of the University of Kinshasa. The device used was that of completely randomized with four repeats shows that the mycorrhizal inoculant induces early flowering in okra production, increase in average fruit weight per plant in eggplant culture and improvement in soil assimilable phosphorus content.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conclusion and recommendations: <\/strong>the mycorrhizal inoculant causes an early production and has a considerable influence on the vegetative growth of okra. In addition, it leaves residual effects on the subsequent eggplant crop by impacting the average fruit weight per plant. On soil analysis, it improves and leaves higher levels of assimilable phosphorus recorded with the highest dose of inoculant.
