Abstract<\/strong><\/p>\n L\u2019incivisme est un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne qui touche toutes les couches sociales au Burkina Faso. En effet, il a atteint un seuil inqui\u00e9tant et gangr\u00e8ne l\u2019administration publique, les autorit\u00e9s politiques, les parents, les \u00e9l\u00e8ves, les enseignants. Cette recherche vise \u00e0 collecter des informations relatives \u00e0 l\u2019impact de l\u2019incivisme des enseignants du primaire sur la pratique professionnelle.<\/p>\n L\u2019\u00e9tude r\u00e9alis\u00e9e a concern\u00e9 cent-soixante-quatre personnes constitu\u00e9es de Directeurs d\u2019\u00c9coles, d\u2019enseignants, d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ves et de la communaut\u00e9 \u00e9ducative des r\u00e9gions du Plateau-Central et du Centre. Gr\u00e2ce aux questionnaires et aux entretiens adress\u00e9s aux quatre cibles, l\u2019\u00e9tude r\u00e9v\u00e8le que l\u2019incivisme des enseignants a des cons\u00e9quences sur les pratiques professionnelles dans sa composante gestion de l\u2019\u00e9cole, gestion de la classe et gestion institutionnelle, notamment les programmes et les horaires officiels d\u2019enseignement.<\/p>\n Abstract<\/strong><\/p>\n Incivility is a phenomenon that affects all social stratain Burkina Faso. Indeed, it has reached a worrying threshold and the poisoning public administration, political authorities, parents, students and teachers. This research aims to collect information relating to the impact of the incivility of primary school teachers on professional practice.<\/p>\n The study carried out concerned one hundred and sixty-four people made up of school principals, teachers, students and the educational community of the Central and Center regions.
