En revanche, il est rarement tenu compte de ces \u00e9valuations du profil nutritionnel des aliments en fonction de leur origine ou de la viabilit\u00e9 de certaines alternatives.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Le cheptel contribue \u00e0 la durabilit\u00e9 \u00e0 travers l\u2019utilisation de terres incultivables pour la production alimentaire, conversion de sources d&#8217;\u00e9nergie et de prot\u00e9ines qui ne peuvent pas \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es par l&#8217;homme en aliments d&#8217;origine animale hautement nutritifs et la r\u00e9duction de la pollution de l&#8217;environnement par les sous-produits agro-industriels, tout en g\u00e9n\u00e9rant des revenus et en soutenant les moyens de subsistance de millions de personnes dans le monde entier.<\/li>\n<li>Certains animaux sont particuli\u00e8rement efficaces pour la s\u00e9questration et donc la r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre qui contribuent au r\u00e9chauffement climatique.<\/li>\n<li>Le cheptel offre le plus grand potentiel de r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre provenant de l&#8217;agriculture et les scientifiques des animaux ont mis au point plusieurs strat\u00e9gies efficaces qui peuvent r\u00e9duire ces \u00e9missions provenant des syst\u00e8mes d&#8217;\u00e9levage jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 30 %.<\/li>\n<li>Alors que le cheptel contribue g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement \u00e0 la durabilit\u00e9, les syst\u00e8mes d&#8217;\u00e9levage mal g\u00e9r\u00e9s peuvent avoir des effets sur l&#8217;environnement et la sant\u00e9 humaine, animale et bien-\u00eatre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"wp-container-2 wp-block-group\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container\">\n<div class=\"wp-container-1 wp-block-group\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>Mots cl\u00e9s:&nbsp;<\/strong>\u00e9mission de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre, sant\u00e9, \u00e9levage, durabilit\u00e9<\/p>\n<p><strong>Auteurs<\/strong>: <a href=\"http:\/\/rufso.ac.cd\/tag\/soulama-brahima\/\">Soulama Brahima<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/rufso.ac.cd\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/RUFSO_vol-34-i6-9423p3t120sw7256.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">T\u00e9l\u00e9charger l\u2019article<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u00a9 2022 Le(s) Auteur(s).
