L&#8217;objectif de cet article est de souligner la tendance \u00e0 venir \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e8re de l&#8217;industrie 4.0, dont les employ\u00e9s sont une partie essentielle. Il se concentre sur la perception de la mise en \u0153uvre des changements du point de vue des employ\u00e9s et la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d&#8217;un travail syst\u00e9matique des professionnels des RH. Le papier se concentre sur le fait d\u2019identifier les types de changements qui sont le plus souvent mis en \u0153uvre dans les organisations ainsi que la satisfaction des employ\u00e9s avec l&#8217;impact des changements introduits. Nous partons du fait que les changements contribuent \u00e0 l&#8217;avenir d&#8217;une organisation en constante \u00e9volution.
