Dans le m\u00eame temps, cela n\u00e9cessite un changement de style de travail et implique un changement dans la demande de comp\u00e9tences RH. L&#8217;objectif de cet article est d&#8217;introduire le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne de la num\u00e9risation dans la litt\u00e9rature, d&#8217;explorer ses principaux avantages et risques actuels et d&#8217;analyser son influence sur les comp\u00e9tences et les r\u00f4les des professionnels des RH.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019article identifie les avantages et les inconv\u00e9nients de la num\u00e9risation dans les RH. Dans le cas des emplois en RH, les comp\u00e9tences num\u00e9riques deviennent de plus en plus importantes, et les postes de responsables RH sont identifi\u00e9s comme ceux o\u00f9 la tendance \u00e0 la croissance de l&#8217;importance des comp\u00e9tences num\u00e9riques s&#8217;accentuera au cours des cinq prochaines ann\u00e9es.
